In this role you will have responsibility for the management of a client portfolio of circa £400k including responsibility for achievement of monthly billing target. You will report directly into the Board of Directors.
Main Duties:
- Job planning and management of work in progress.
- Review of financial statements and corporate tax returns.
- Liaise with external bodies and assist clients with queries promptly.
- Main point of contact for clients, attending meetings and ensuring we provide an excellent business advisory service.
- Lead, support, and mentor a small team and junior team members — championing customer excellence as a department.
- Active participation in monthly management meetings to action operational business improvements and assist in enhancing the people first culture.
- Ad-hoc special projects as required.
Ideal Candidate:
- ACA or ACCA qualified with practice experience
- Minimum of three years post qualification experience in practice
- Strong financial reporting knowledge essential.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to build solid relationships with clients.
- Demonstrable experience in people leadership, ability to foster collaboration and recognition.
