Rachel is responsible for supporting the Practice in the creation of a positive workplace culture, where our people can be the best version of themselves.  

In 2007, she graduated from Aston University with a BSc Hons in Business and French. Rachel advises that she has always been interested in the people side of Business and in her final year, elected to study Human Resource Management modules which cemented HR as her career choice. After she graduated, Rachel advises she worked for some great Companies where she was able to meet inspiring mentors who encouraged and supported her to continue her studies in the HR field. In 2011, she qualified in her Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at Staffordshire University.

Rachel has worked in HR roles across SME’s and global organisations in construction, education, manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and now accountancy! She considers herself to be a HR generalist but her passion is around talent development and supporting people to reach their full potential.

When Rachel is not working, she has 2 young children that keep her busy! She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors (only in fair weather!) and taking part in clubbercise classes.
