Eat Out to Help Out – Look for the Logo

Diners who eat-in will benefit from a 50% discount, up to a maximum of £10 per person, on food and non-alcoholic drinks, any Monday to Wednesday in August. No voucher is required and diners can take advantage of the offer as many times as they like during August.

More than 53,000 outlets across the UK have so far signed up to the UK government’s Eat Out to Help Out scheme – and a new official government online finder is available to help diners locate them.

Restaurants and other establishments serving food for consumption on their premises can sign up to the scheme.

The registration is now live on the Government website. Participating businesses will just remove the discount from customers’ bill before reclaiming the discounted amount through an online service, supported by HMRC. Claims can be made on a weekly basis and will be paid within five working days.

The scheme is open to all eligible establishments across the UK and can be used all day, every Monday to Wednesday between 3rd – 31st August.
