At DPC we pride ourselves on creating a positive working environment where our people feel happy and supported.
Part of how we achieve this is to ensure that how we work, individually and together, is aligned to our values and is underpinned by clearly defined behaviours.
Over the last 12 months, there has been a significant amount of work and effort made to refresh and embed our values in our day-to-day interactions with one another and our clients.

In March, we asked the team to nominate people who they believe have recently demonstrated our values in an outstanding way. Nominations were evaluated by the panel before deciding on a winner for each value.
On 02 May 2024, we brought all our team together to celebrate and shine a light on the incredible work of individuals and teams within our practice. We also treated the team to a hog roast and celebratory drinks in the sunshine!
People and Culture Manager Rachel Hughes said,
