We’re delighted to have been named Employer of the Year at the Newcastle and Staffordshire College Group (NSCG) annual awards on the 11th of June.
Michelle Coates and Mike Reynolds were in attendance at the Bet 365 stadium to collect the award on behalf of everyone at DPC.
DPC have been partnering with NSCG since 2017 and in that time, we have supported 16 apprentices on their journey into a career in accounting. We’re passionate about apprenticeships and feel strongly about the fantastic impact apprentices have on their business and clients.
DPC offer a supportive and structured environment, where each new apprentice is paired with a mentor. This is reflected in our high retention rate of 80%.
We have a great relationship with NSCG and plan to continue that as we take on five new apprentices at the start of July.
