We have now concluded a week of apprenticeship celebrations as part of National Apprenticeship Week 2025 and what a positive and inspirational week we had!
Our People and Culture Manager Rachel Hughes attended the Apprenticeship and Skills Panel Breakfast hosted by Keele Gateway. This event brought together local employers and learning providers to collaborate on apprenticeships and discuss how we can secure the future of all our industries.
One of our Level 2 AAT Apprentices has been selected as apprentice of the month following the nomination by Dr. Elliott Lancaster MBE at nscgnewcastle
We celebrated our wonderful apprentices, mentors and wider team in the office on Friday with a spectacular selection of cakes and treats! Thank you to Megan Shenton for coordinating this!
On Friday evening, we attended the nscgnewcastle Awards Evening where we were shortlisted under 2 categories – Best Recruitment Promotion of Apprenticeships and Outstanding Apprentice Mentor Champion Bethany Davies MAAT. We are absolutely delighted to share that we were selected as the winner under both these categories! A poignant end to a truly fabulous week.
Thank you to all our apprentices who work incredibly hard to balance their work and studies to succeed. And thank you to all our mentors and wider team who champion our apprentices every day, training and imparting knowledge to ensure their success. This people first culture is what makes our team feel valued, supported and thrive.
