I was recommended to ask Esther Hancock, Angie Bowker and their colleagues at DPC to act for our business in a reorganisation of the group structure, involving the establishment of a new holding company and a share-for share exchange. The team did a great job, demonstrating real expertise, quick communication, efficient and effective liaison with HMRC, and a commitment to getting everything done in good time. I'd unhesitatingly recommend DPC for this type of work.Posted on Atomar Holdings Ltd2024-04-21Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They have been absolutely amazing. When I first met Michelle Coates and we had conversations about my businesses, she understood and created a picture from day 1. Since that day, there's seems like nothing is too big or complex and this defnitiely makes my life far easier as a business owner. 100% in every aspect, and I would recommed them to absolutely everyone I know.Posted on Andrew Knibbs2020-09-16Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
