We cover establishing target customers, matching products and services with market needs. Registering as self-employed, and principles of book keeping – using a system taht works for you and your business.
Getting the basics right and developing an outline business plan will give any new business a healthy start, and more chance of a long-term success. You will have an outline plan to develop during the workshop, for you to add to as your business matures.
