The next Let’s do fully funded workshop is on Thursday 21 June 2018 at Summit Hospitality, Newcastle-under-Lyme, and aims to help business owners grow their business for success.
This session at the Staffordshire venue is delivered by Tom Yeung of Success Management. Over the last 11 years he has helped 38 businesses achieve their goals and in doing so has added in excess of £41m to their turnover and in excess £19m to their profits.
This interactive workshop, which takes place from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, is designed to help you develop a blueprint for growth without having to experience the growing pains. Use this session to propel your business forward and gain an advantage over your competitors. We will present the characteristics of each stage of growth and potential traps associated with each level. We will help you identify which phase you are currently at and where you could potentially reach.
Learn about the characteristics found within successful businesses and see how you compare to against these. Examine the areas where you might score lower and begin to take actions to address them, whilst continuing to build on the areas which score well.
Look at the role you need to play as the leader. Find out your preferred leadership style and how the leadership style needs to change as the business grows.
